- 2/3 c. boiling water
- 1 small pkg. peach jello
- 1 c. vanilla ice cream
- 1 (8 oz.) whipped topping
- 1 c. diced peaches
- 1 pie crust
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add ice cream, whipped topping and peaches. Mix well. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate 3 hours or until set up.
*Also great with strawberry jello and fresh strawberries.
